"I have been with this agent for several decades. Bill used to want to try to help his clients but now he can’t be bothered. What a disappointment when I have issues about my claim and he’s absolutely no help at all. He just jumped to the aid of State Farm and took their side on every issue I had. He also gave me wrong information when I was questioning the cost of my car insurance premium. He even hung up on me! Once while speaking to Vicky and I told her that my neighbor across the street is getting a brand new roof and the State Farm appraiser handed her a check on the spot. She abraisivly told me “we don’t do that.” Really? Yes you do and how long have you been working there and you don’t know that?? Pretty much she’s calling me a liar. Stay away from this agent and find a better one. I know I did."
